- All Age Worship: an informal "child friendly" service of worship and teaching for everyone normally on the 4th Sunday of the month.
- Holy Communion: A celebration using liturgy, prayer, songs and bible teaching.
- 9am Morning Prayer: A short, traditional service using the prayer book liturgy, hymns and perhaps even anglican chant.
- 9am Communion: The 4th Sunday of the month. Using the 1662 Prayer Book this is a more traditional, reflective service. The 9am services are as traditional as we get.
- Evening Praise: A flexible and relaxed time of worship and teaching.
- Deeper: An initiative that has grown out of integrating an "alternative worship" meeting with the mainstream worship of the church. After a time of worship and a short teaching slot everyone is given the option of going to one of three areas:
- Head - for those who want to delve deeper into the subject matter in a cerebral way with a bible study session.
- Heart - a chance to reach God with your heart in worship and through the use of images, meditation and music.
- Hands - for those who want to express their worship of the subject through art, creative writing or performance.
We aim to be not just a church with Small Groups, but a church OF Small Groups, which encourage Belonging, Believing and Being salt and light.
Home Groups (a.k.a. House Groups, Small Groups, etc.)
Through study of the Bible and other devotional books, we try to tease out what it means to be a follower of Jesus in our daily lives. We bear one another's burdens . We pray for one another; we offer practical help where required. We socialise, eat together, go away for weekends, walks, concerts, etc. We serve together in the church and further afield. Cathy co-ordinates the home groups, so get in touch with her if you would like more information about this. |

Older young people can get involved in the Youth Fellowship and/or Youth Cell, depending on age and interest. We also have various youth outreach initiatives which are detailed elsewhere on the web site. |
